Standard & Custom Real Wood Doors

IMG_2812Millwork Components has been in the business of high-line, custom-made doors and door units for over 35 years. Using our state-of-the-art equipment, as well as seasoned craftsmen and techniques, we are able to produce nearly any solid wood door that you can imagine. We have built doors as “Standard” as a 3-0 x 6-8 panel door, all the way up to 14’ tall and 10’ wide, 3-1/2” thick barn doors! We use a variety of wood species, though for our featured standard door catalogue, we feature either Meranti or Sapele Mahogany (Knotty Alder also an option). Unlike other sellers in the market, we produce all of our doors in the USA, meaning you will have only the highest quality and a warranty that we stand behind. Try getting THAT from the other doors being imported from across the globe!

We start with the highest quality materials sourced from around the world, and using CNC technology, precision mill the lumber to the desired sizes and widths for finished processing. We then assemble EACH slab and door frame in our plant using lag screws and Type III adhesives (including polyurethane glues by Franklin International). We test randomly for machine accuracy, and then sand to a finish size and Hand Inspect for any flaws. Using the best in hardware and glass, we carefully fit each door to its respective door frame, transom, or simply as a stand-alone, then machine each slab with the appropriate hardware specifications. This ensures that your door will have a surface ready for finishing on-site, and will be able to be enjoyed for years to come.
